| Project Management Office Services For a Southwestern Electric/Water/Wastewater Utility B+PC Consultants are providing PMO leadership and Technical Direction to an Integrated-GIS System Development Project. Within existing core systems of Enterprise Financial (SCT), CIS (Cayenta) and GIS (ESRI) this utility has embarked on a cascading systems development and implementation program involving a CPR (TTBI) System, Work Management (Azteca- CityWorks) and Engineering Design (Miner & Miner's Designer). The development timeline for this systems development project is approximately 2&1/2 years. GASB 34 Consulting For a Florida Municipal, including utility operations, performing an inventory and valuation of utility assets, general fixed assets and infrastructure assets. Asset data sources include the City's ESRI GIS system for underground and infrastucture assets. System RoadMap Planning For an integrated utility system conducted a review of existing business, operational and engineering systems, planned development efforts, unmet core business needs, and expected needs over the next several years. Applied these findings towards the development of a RoadMap Systems Development Plan that allowed for the incorporation and integration of existing systems and data resources within a "To-Be" plan of Systems Development.
